Premium Carpet offers Luxury carpets and expert installation solutions anywhere in Dubai and the UAE. We recognize that there may be some time required when a return or replacement process is completed, and we aim to make that process as easy as we can.

Conditions For Return Claim

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items:

If there is any damage to the products, defects in manufacture, or if they fail to conform to the set standards, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Deliveries:

If by chance you receive the wrong product, a swift remedy shall be made, with no additional fee incurred. As per it, a new product exchange or a full refund shall be provided.

Unused Items in Original Condition:

For the product to be eligible for return, it should be new, unused, not yet installed and still in its original packaging since you wish to return the product for any reason other than a defect or an error on our part. Refunds will only be accepted if the item was returned within 14 days after receiving the product.

Non-returnable Products Conditions

Customized Carpets: This means products which are made to suit your personal taste and preferences, and cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the product.

Discounted/Clearance Products: If these items are found to be faulty, then they can be returned. However, items which were discounted or purchased during a clearance period cannot be returned.

Used/Installed Carpets: This refers to products which were either installed or used before you wished to return the product.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Step 2: Approval and Return Authorization

Once the approval for your request is given, you will be issued a RA number. The special number is very important as it enables us to keep track of your return order.

Step 3: Prepare the Product

Package your item in the same packing material and include any additional components that come along with the product. Write the RA number clearly on the box before dispatching it.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement Process

We shall process the return once we have received and examined the returned item, and after that, either provide you with a refund or exchange the item.

Expenses For Return Shipping Policy

Responsibility of Company: When the return is made on account of a faulty product or wrong shipment, the return shipping cost would be paid by Premium Carpet.  

Responsibility of Customer: In case of change of opinion of the customer, he/she would have to bear the shipping expenses.
